Real estate is about more than buying or selling a home—it's about helping people confidently navigate one of life's biggest decisions.
Trina Foster is a licensed Arizona REALTOR®, Area Leader, and Military Relocation Professional (MRP) with Epique Realty, serving buyers and sellers throughout Maricopa County, parts of Yavapai County, and the Phoenix West Valley, including Wittmann, Wickenburg, Surprise, Glendale, Buckeye, Morristown, Congress, Peoria, Goodyear, and Litchfield Park. She specializes in first-time buyers, veterans, relocations, rural homes, acreage, horse properties, manufactured homes on land, and sellers across Arizona.
Before transitioning into real estate full time, Trina spent 30 years in healthcare, including 20 years in executive leadership. She earned an MBA and built her career around negotiation, communication, conflict resolution, leadership, and problem-solving. Before becoming a licensed REALTOR®, she also negotiated and secured medical office space, experience that now strengthens her real estate negotiations and client advocacy.
During her final three years in healthcare, Trina built her real estate business while continuing to lead healthcare operations. She eventually chose to leave healthcare after realizing the industry had become increasingly focused on profits rather than patients. She wanted a career where relationships, service, and helping people could once again come first.
As both a licensed Arizona REALTOR® and Area Leader, Trina remains active in Arizona's real estate community by mentoring agents, supporting professional development, and staying current on market trends while serving buyers and sellers throughout the Valley.
She is especially passionate about helping first-time buyers, veterans, relocating families, and clients searching for more space and a rural lifestyle. Whether that means acreage, horse property, or a quieter place to call home, she enjoys finding creative solutions and helping clients see opportunities they may not have considered.
One of her most memorable transactions involved a disabled veteran whose family had never owned a home. By expanding the search into nearby rural communities, they found the perfect manufactured home on a large lot. Later, he told Trina she had helped change his life.
Clients describe Trina as honest, transparent, tenacious, and willing to go above and beyond. She believes clients deserve clear communication, practical advice, and an advocate who puts relationships ahead of commissions. She never pressures clients into decisions or sugarcoats difficult conversations.
A multi-generation Arizona native, Trina also serves her community as an ordained wedding officiant and supports local organizations and rural community initiatives throughout the West Valley.
Whether you're buying your first home, relocating to Arizona, searching for acreage, or preparing to sell, Trina's mission is simple:
To provide honest guidance, creative solutions, and exceptional service so every client feels informed, supported, and cared for from beginning to end.
When someone asks who they should trust with one of life's biggest decisions, she hopes the answer is simple: "Call Trina. She'll take good care of you."
